Pet Privé – Terms of Service

Welcome to Pet Privé. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services We Provide

We offer exclusive in-home pet sitting and concierge services, including:
• Overnight Stays (12–14 hours)
• Extended Day Sitting (8+ hours)
• Daily Check-Ins (30–60 minutes)
• Concierge Add-Ons: pet chauffeur, errands, extra feedings, nail trims, private play, spa/grooming coordination, emergency vet runs, and after-hours emergency care

All services are performed at your residence or a mutually agreed-upon location.

2. Fees & Payments

• Our services are billed according to the Pet Privé Pricing Guide.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your dates. This amount is applied to your final bill.
• Additional pets, add-ons, mileage, or extended time will incur extra charges.
• The remaining balance is due at the start of services, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur a $25 fee.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be billed at 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be billed at 100% of the service fee.

4. Veterinary & Emergency Care

• Pet Privé is authorized to seek veterinary care if it is deemed necessary for your pet’s health.
• All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the client.
• Emergency Vet Runs ($125–$300) and After-Hours Emergency Care ($275–$500) are billed according to service conditions.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for illness, injury, or death due to pre-existing conditions, natural disasters, or events outside our control.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pets to your property.
• Clients agree to hold Pet Privé harmless from claims, damages, or expenses related to pet care services.

6. Home Access & Security

• Clients must provide secure access (keys, codes, alarms).
• Pet Privé is not liable for home security breaches that occur outside our presence.
• Keys are returned according to the signed Key Release Form.

7. Confidentiality

• Pet Privé maintains strict confidentiality of your personal information, residence, and travel details.
• No photos, videos, or references to your household will be used for marketing without your express written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
